The registration will be on-line only.
Go to the "Registration" page, where you will need to fill in a form and make a secure payment. It will take you five minutes and you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration by e-mail.
The race is open to licensed and non-licensed riders who were born in 1994 or earlier. License-holding riders must present their sporting license. Those who don’t have the license will have to make the inscriptions engaging the one-day license.
You can pick up your race number at the Host Village on Friday, before the race (11.00 am to 9 pm).
Race numbers will not be sent by mail, nor will they be handed out on the day of the race.
You must have your license, your registration confirmation (printed from the runner’s list) and an identity document with you.
There is a shuttle service available on the eve of the race, allowing you to leave your vehicle near the finishing line.
Shuttle seats must be booked in advance at the time of registration and costs 12 euros.
Therefore, you can leave your vehicle near the finishing line and return to the host village with the shuttle.
There is a luggage office available at the start of LEtape Barcelona-Andorra. You just need to leave your luggage in the lorries provided for such purpose.
Your race number will be written on a label attached to your luggage. After the finish, you just need to present your race number to retrieve your luggage.
All types of bicycles are allowed except electric bicycles.
The race will be timed and there will be a unique final classification. The real classification is possible thanks to the chip that each participant should carry. The chip will be detected when passing through the start and arrival line, to give the real time.
During the whole race, the road will be open to the traffic; therefore you will have to respect the traffic rules.
What happens in case of removal and / or abandon? : Any participant who reaches the points indicated by the organization after hours marked will be out of place. The bib number will be removed and could go to the vehicle that closes the race. If you want to continue the race, it will be at your own risk and without the bib number. In case of voluntary abandon, you must wait for the vehicle that closes the race
Yes, it is mandatory to use a rigid helmet. You must wear it (strapped) throughout the entire race route.
Yes, there will be supply posts at fixed points in the route. They will provide you with water and energy products.
Technical assistance will be available at the welcome village to help you make the final adjustments to your bicycle. Technical assistance will also be available at certain points in the route.
This service is provided by Mavic and Orbea free of charge.
Classifications will be posted on the evening after LEtape Barcelona-Andorra on the site www.letapebcn-and.com.
Your personal pictures and videos will be available a few days after the race on the site Marathon Photos www.marathonphotos.com .
